บริษัท ออลล์ อินสไปร์ ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด (มหาชน) จับมือพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจยักษ์ใหญ่จากญี่ปุ่น ฮูซิเออร์ส โฮลดิ้งส์ (Hoosiers Holdings) และ คิวชู เรลเวย์ คัมปะนี (Kyushu Railway Company) พัฒนาโครงการ “อิมเพรสชั่น เอกมัย เจาะกลุ่มไฮเอนด์ ชิงตลาดลักซูรี เรสสิเดนท์ ย่านเอกมัย มั่นใจ 2 ห้องนอนตอบโจทย์ดีมานด์เพื่ออยู่อาศัยและปล่อยเช่า เริ่มต้นที่ 7.9 ลบ. มูลค่าโครงการ 4,800 ลบ.

นายธนากร ธนวริทธิ์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท ออลล์ อินสไปร์ ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยว่า จากจุดแข็งของบริษัทที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาที่อยู่อาศัยโดยเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างลึกซึ้ง ทำให้ทุกโครงการของออลล์ อินสไปร์ฯ ได้รับการการันตีด้วยยอดขายที่มีการเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง เหตุผลนี้ทำให้ 2 บริษัทยักษ์ใหญ่ในญี่ปุ่นอย่าง ฮูซิเออร์ส โฮลดิ้งส์ (Hoosiers Holdings) และ คิวชู เรลเวย์ คัมปะนี (Kyushu Railway Company) เห็นถึงศักยภาพ ความโดดเด่น และความเชี่ยวชาญในการพัฒนาโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จึงได้มั่นใจในการร่วมทุนจับมือกับ บริษัท ออลล์ อินสไปร์ ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ภายใต้ชื่อบริษัท เอเอชเจ เอกมัย จำกัด โดยมีทุนจดทะเบียน 100 ล้านบาท โดย ออลล์ อินสไปร์ฯ จะถือครองหุ้นในสัดส่วน 51% ฮูซิเออร์ส โฮลดิ้งส์ 29% และ คิวชู เรลเวย์ คัมปะนี 20%
